I just want to first point out that because of this experience, I now swear by Amazon, Their customer support is top notch and they dont BS around when it comes to problems like I had. However i will be more likely to avoid 3rd party amazon sellers from now on.
So i ordered StopTech (127.61094R) Brake Rotor and StopTech (127.61094L) Brake Rotor for my 2010 non PP SHO through amazon last month on amazon through these guys. Found out that they won't fit. Then noticed the boxes had the wrong part number on them 127.61049R and L. I called stoptech tech support and they said that part number when to a pre 2010 taurus. Ok so these guys made a dyslexic mistake, it happens. Well it got out of hand and they tried to make me pay the 60 bucks in shipping to return them for a refund. So I called amazon to complain and amazon made it right by sending me 60 bucks. So I returned the rotors and notified the seller that the rotors arrived via fedex the day before. A week later still no refund. had to call amazon to get the ball rolling. The seller finally refunds me today, 1 week after they received the rotors, but 30 bucks short. Called amazon today again about the 30 bucks, amazon is making it good.
So I'd thought I'd warn you guys if you decide to buy those StopTech brake rotors, chances are Speedxtreme will be the first seller option on Amazon. Please avoid that company. I put a negative seller feedback on them today and they had already attempted to remove it.
