I've been wanting in here for awhile; however it was blocked off until recently. I managed to get into back and had to 4-wheel through some muddy roads (hence the tyres dirty). I also ran over a cinder block I didn't even see with right side tyres. Luckily I broke nothing.

After getting the car set where I wanted it; I took two photos and started hearing voices. "IT'S A COP!" "NO, HE'S TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS!"

I started scanning the building and I saw a whole bunch of people at the windows. I'm guessing either transients or high school kids. Either way I wasn't carrying and did not want to do deal with an unruly situation so I jumped in the car and left.

No, but I'm working deal with friend who has a lightly used Sigma 17-55 2.8. I'm not going to wait and buy a 18-250, it's rare I take long range shots and I'm finding those lenses don't focus really well.

Yeah, they kinda freaked me out. One of my other shots I got one of them in the window.

The photos remind of all the dilapidation I've seen people documenting in Detroit.  Always been really interested if I could get the chance to go photo some of it, but I'd scared for my life in most of the areas I'm sure

I'm a whiz at post processing -- lot of graphics experience.

It's just the "shots" that I am trying to perfect. I can clean up mishaps quite easily but still framing those perfect shots is a pita. I keep practicing; about to get new lens and hoping that I can get some better clarity shots.

Nice pics of your SHO, but if I were in Downingtown I'd be stopping by the Victory Brewing Company for some Dirt Wolf; but that's just me.
