the ppe pipes i ordered sept 1st are FINALLY en route. should be here Friday or Monday. how much did you guys pay to have them installed? i went to see one of my wholesale customers, and he said about 8 hours. he was looking at the exhaust manifold removal and reinstall. to me, and I'm not mechanic, it looks like the car gets put on a lift, remove 6 nuts and bolts up front, 4 nuts and bolts at the back, remove, install, reinstall hw. i would have guessed 2-3 hours MAX.

Then he is taking the turbos off as well lol...wonder how people like that can make it through a day without people beating their ass for being  an imbecile

Where you located at? You never know if a fellow EBPF member is near you and might be willing to help?  I know i decided to purchase a batter powered 1/2' impact wrench and do it myself... AND GOT TO KEEP THE TOOL! haha.

If you have someone professionally do it who knows whats up. 2-4 hours would be my guess. My bung welds were not 100% in line for the O2 sensors... so that set me back a bit filing the hole by hand to fix it.

I had two sets of DP installed on my car and the last set it took me about 90 min because of the antseize which made it alot easier removing the bolts, from my experience a great price would be 150.00 and of course there's crooks that will charge you as much as 300.00,but two hr labor is average if your taking your time, hope this helps any.  Z

On your back figure about 4 hours, on a lift front is super easy, back is a PITA.
PPE has been behind lately, sorry for the delays, it's impacting to all my customers unfortunately. Make sure the shop chases the threads on the O2 bungs before installing in the car.

I did mine on jack stands and was way way easier than I expected. Piece of cake if ya ask me. I did use new gaskets from ford rather than re use the originals. But it's very easy. I had a harbor freight O2 socket to remove the O2's. If you were closer I would do it for ya cheap.

I dont even think it should cost 200 to do the install. Sounds like a rip off.
Took me 3.5 hours to do the install

Are the manifolds even removable? i thought on the ecoboosts the manifolds were a cast with the heads.
They are stamped steel manifolds.
Search on google for ecoboost engine in images and increase size to over 4MP you'll see the expanded layout, pretty sweet pic.
Here's the pic

Guess i was misinformed. Somebody told me that was why it would be a pain to port the exhaust side.
