Picked up 2012 f150 eb

Issue is while changing spark plugs some ceramic busted off and fell into cylinder Has not been cranked over


Can I manually crank over to use camera to see where it is

Can I crank over with flywheel bolt like other engines.

bump... I don't have a good answer for this.. might run a camera down there and see what parts are in there before manually turning the crank. Not sure if you can get a small shop vac attachment. Otherwise, I think you might need to pull the head to clean it out.
