Is the shop referring to adjusting the flow rate of the injectors? That is just one component of a complex mechanism that would need to be adjusted for your vehicle to run properly & reliably. If the computer (ECU/PCM) is not aware of changes to the injectors, you could end up with a hydrolock or an excessively lean situation as it tries to react to feedback from the onboard sensors, either of which can ensure the destruction of the engine.
As the commentors above have noted, invest in a good tune before signing up to be a guinea pig for untried modifications. Unless you've got time & money to burn ...
If they are referring to simply blueprinting the injectors/flow rate, that is a commendable, but usually unnecessary, course of action.
