I've been collecting the parts and pieces  for 3 weeks now, I *think* it's everything to make the DP's and everything all the way to the tailpipes. Everything is 304 stainless but the sweetest piece is the Burns stainless X pipe. :no1: Those guys make some nice pieces but be prepared to spend  I'm gonna eliminate the rear mufflers and use the perforated resonators their place. Then eliminate the 3rd cat and use the Flowmaster in it's place. Somehow this doesn't look like $1100. worth of stuff all laid out :homer:

That's gonna be cool!  Can't wait to hear it.  Probably to loud for me but I bet it'll be mean!

See how much they will charge you to make 2 sets of downpipes simultaneously if you have the materials. I'll buy the second set so that PPE can make them. :)

Costa Mesa Muffler is gonna start at the flex pipe flanges and go back, they are good but they are an exhaust shop not a fabricator. The DP's will be made in my buddies garage, I'll do the dirty work chopsawing pipes and deburring sections and he will masterfully TIG them together. I have a buddy in Philly that might be willing to make a jig and crank out several sets if there is a market for at least 20 sets.  Want me to reach out to him? He need a mule ESport for a couple days but I'm sure you can network one Mike...

Yeah the guys want the downpipes, just need to figure out pricing etc. 20 sets would be a TON of people, I bet most we'd get would be 5 but first let's start with seeing if he wants to and pricing.

I have cutouts on a couple other turbo cars, I'm no stranger to their appeal but the ESport is my kid/client mover.

The piping is all 2.5", I considered 3" for the rear componants but the muffler size as too big to fit well and the tips would have been joke-like (rice?)huge. Trying to stay under the radar of the LEO's that are trained to look for modded vehicals :-

I'll put in a call to my fabricator bud in Philly to gauge his interest. He works fast, from mule to completed product would only be a couple weeks.

I dropped off the ESport this am as soon as 'Muffler Mike' (Orange County Muffler in Costa Mesa) opened and picked it up an hour after he closed.  He stayed late to finish it. It came out AWESOME :dude: and runs strong! Builds boost much faster and picks up revs like never before. he does fantastic work   Too late and dark to get very good pics but here's a couple until I can get some daylight shots. Hap-Pay Hap-Pay Hap-Pay...

Twice now I've tried to post an update with pics of the new Downpipes but the forum just keeps eating the post :-(  Is 5 pics too big of a filesize here??  Frustrating...

Single pics are working, seems tedious to write em that way and even worse for you guys to read posts that way but losing 10 minutes worth of typing on a long write up sux!

GAH! Forum wont let me post multiple pics :-(
The easiest way to do this is using Photobucket ... If you dont have an account its free to create one .  Upload pics to account  then you can copy and paste a link for each photo into your post.  It looks better in the post as well .
