Whats up guys. I currently race in NASA's American Iron series. I have an F150 with an ecoboost and love it. I own a business that does a lot of custom carbon fiber work and fabrication on race cars. I'm seriously contemplating dropping at 2.0L ecoboost into my race car (pictures below) as the power to weight of the engine should be awesome for road racing. If it hapens, I'll definitely start a build thread for it. Any questions, feel free to ask.

Ajp may be brutally honest but I've never seen him call someone an asshole.

Instead of calling people names maybe we could just ask them about their opinions we may not like. You might find out there's good reason for it. In this case I figure getting everything to work without all the necessary modules, pats, etc will be nearly impossible.

Welcome to the board!  That is a great looking mustang, and sounds like an interesting project to come.  Feel free to give us a shout if there is anything you need.  We offer some excellent performance products for your truck and a killer custom tune as well.  Those trucks can pick up over 110 ft lbs of torque at the tire on just 93 octane which is phenomenal.

Very cool!!!

Any reason you're going 2.0 over the 2.3?

Rich

The 2.0 and most importantly, the control pack to run the engine, is already available. I've been talking to a few people and apparently the 2.3L EB will be available as a crate motor and control pack are coming soon. So it depends how soon is soon but yes, would love to do the 2.3 over the 2.0, but per class rules, I can only make about 310hp and 330tq, which seems to be doable with the 2.0L.

Thanks guys. As far as the truck goes, its a lease so wont be touching it. I've been checking out what you have been doing with the EB engines so when this project starts to come together I'll definitely let you know.
