Good job, Ford! I wish owners could lookup themselves if their car is affected. How do they determine? Surely must be EVERY SHO, right?

My dealer responded:
THAT IS INTERESTING, I LOOKED UP THAT TSB 14-0114 5.4L 3V – INTERMITTENT RATTLE NOISE WHILE DRIVING / ROUGH IDLE WHEN ENGINE IS AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE
BUT IT DOESN’T REFERENCE THE ECOBOOST ENGINE AT ALL. THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO THE 5.4 3 VALVE ENGINES. I THINK MAYBE THEY GOT AHEAD OF FORD ON RELEASING THAT STORY IF THEY HAVE A TSB COMING OUT FOR THE ECOBOOST ENGINE.
THE NEWEST VEHICLE THAT THE TSB REFERS TO IS 2013 EXPEDITION OR NAVIGATOR.

The internal separators can only be made to 20-30% effectiveness before they also catch can trap all the damaging combustion by-products. GM implemented similar for the 2014 V8 DI engines....here are the results in 5500 miles:

This a TSB (or eventually will be), not a recall. With my experience, there's a reluctance to perform TSBs, without evidence of an associated symptom. For example, smoke from the tail pipe (which isn't exhibited on my SHO)...
I doubt dealers will oblige to performing a TSB, just by request.

I found the information below online. Unless the car is exhibiting these symptoms, I doubt that the TSB would be applied under warranty.

ISSUE
Some 2010-2014 Flex, MKS, MKT, Taurus and 2013-2014 Explorer vehicles equipped with a 3.5L Gasoline
Turbocharged Direct Injection (GTDI) engine with an aluminum valve cover may exhibit excessive oil consumption and/or
excessive engine oil smoking condition from the tail pipe at idle during normal engine operating temperatures.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) Valve. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-08.
2. Inspect for oil in the crankcase vent oil separator through the PCV valve opening. Is there presence of liquid oil, more
than slight vapor?
a. No - this article does not apply refer to WSM, Section 303-00 for Excessive Engine Oil Consumption.
b. Yes - proceed to Step 3.
3. Replace the right hand valve cover, refer to WSM, Section 303-01D.
4. Replace the crankcase vent oil separator, refer to WSM, Section 303-08.
5. Drive the vehicle at normal operating temperature for 20 minutes at constant highway speed to remove oil residue
from catalytic converter.

I believe that I already stated that we should petition FMC to call a TSB for the installation of meth kits on all Ecoboost cars and trucks. And all future cars and trucks should come equipped with a meth kit from the factory!
