Front license plate bracket

Hey guys just picked up a 2014 SHO a few days ago and the dealer I bought it from had to do a trade with a Wisconsin dealer to get the car. The Wisconsin dealer never installed the front plate bracket because Wisconsin doesn't require front plates. Now that the car is in Illinois it's required to have front plates and I don't want to drill holes into the front bumper cover.
A buddy of mine has a front plate bracket on his GT500 from a company call STO N SHO, but they don't make anything for the taurus. I was thinking of buying one of there mounts and modifing it. Here's the product info of the one that I was thinking of modifying  http://www.cjponyparts.com/license-plate-bracket-sto-n-sho-roush-2013/p/LPB30/
Just wondering if anybody has any other creative way to get around drilling into the front bumper cover. I included a picture of the front of my SHO for inspiration.
Thanks in advance Ben

It great that you have a bumper cover with no holes.I just wouldn't run one like a lot of us on here.

You're so lucky you don't have bracket holes in your bumper. I'm in IL to. You don't really need the front plate. Since 2002 I've had no front plate on my mustang, f-150, and SHO. Been pulled over plenty of times. But the no front plate subject only came up twice. And no for it tickets.

Yeah, like the guys said.  I'd run with out it.  Wisconsin does require front plates.  I took mine off along with the bracket and had to get bumperplugs to fill the holes.

Keep the plate under your passenger seat, and if the officer asks you why you aren't displaying it...say one's on order.
