Going to be data logging for the first time need help....

I'm getting ready to data log tomorrow for the first time. I'll be using the SCT X4 and my tuner is Torrie at unleashed. He's been awesome but I don't wanna bother him with same details. So could someone tell me what I need to data log. Torrie sent me a configuration but its in a cf4 file and I cant open it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
 
you need to go to the SCT website and get the file to allow your computer and X4 to talk and transfer data. Then once you get the correct files and have everything working properly between your computer and the X4 you should just need to transfer the file to the X4 while its plugged into the computer.. not a 100% sure as i have a livewire TS.. similar but different you know.
 
You need to download SCT Livelink, then you can open the file in Livelink. You will connect the x4 to the laptop and in Livelink you will go through the self guided process to datalog. Just pm me if you need more help. I'll walk you through it.
 
Dwayne needs more fuel system augmented by the cold weather we have across the US right now. I will lament on how this effects everyone in a bit once I finish it. 
 
That varies by vehicle type. But if you are the same person I sent to this thread for direction I sent you a CSV listing that.
 
yes  I'm the same person. I don't know what to do with the
csv file. I opened it.in excel and I see a lot of data. do I load that
into the tuner?

You asked for a reference point of what I needed to see, which was what I sent you. I can send you a configuration file once you get everything setup.
 
No joke about winter and fuel volume, especially if you're running the corn. A wot downshift into 3rd right where I'm fuel challenged pegged KR and the ecm shut everything down. Oops! Thank God that ecoboost ecm is fast....i need to run a datalog but I'm pretty time challenged right now. Blend adjusted accordingly....

Think I felt this yesterday. 25 roll, hammer down, nothing....just hesitated and car pulled away casually...no kr though
