Good Deal or Not

'twas a 2013 SHO with 40K+miles on it for about $25,000.  No idea if it was a personal, leased, rented, company vehicle etc.

I cant pull it up either.  But 25k for a 40000 2013 is a great deal in my part of the country.

I see that the link does not work. Here were the basics:
-2013 Taurus SHO
- Performance Package
-41,000 miles
-$24,999
Looks like it is no longer listed and must have sold.

That sounds so low maybe it was a typo and removed......or it had a bad accident history.....  the search continues!  Keep us posted.

I think if you search you can find a fair amount of SHO's selling rather low pricing.  I haven't looked at any of them, but one of the car search places has been coming up on my computer and they have some 10's for 17K+change, there's a bunch of 12's and 13's for 26-28 range.  Now I have not looked at any of these cars, so I don't know mileage or equipped, but I think if you hunt, you can certainly find an 11 or 12 in decent shape for right around 20K.  I'm really surprised and disappointed at the amount of depreciation I'm seeing in these cars.

Used car values are skewed.  You don't even have an option to select PP or multicontoured seats.

KBB values mine at $37,250, which is only about $1500 less than what I paid.

What I have pretty much learned is that KBB is just about worthless for determining prices. KBB seems to always over value actual market prices.
