Picked up a used 2014 SHO a couple of weeks ago.  (Ford Corporate Car)  I'm absolutely loving the car and the Dark Side Metallic paint is awesome.  Went in looking at something else and ended up leaving with this...the deal was just too good to pass up.

401A package, moonroof, tinted windows, Nav and 20"s.

Living in Colorado Springs, retired Air Force...life is good!  Looking forward to getting to know everyone here.

Cheers!

Great looking SHO you have, the color is stunning.

Any future mods you looking at for the SHO, or are you saving all the fun for the nice looking stang you have?

Thanks for your service.

Sell the Camaro!

Funny, I was admiring the garage as well. Notably, the use of wall space. I can park two cars in mine, but I've got junk on the floor, lined up down both sides. Lol

Welcome, OP. LOVE that damn color. I sought that color when I was SHOpping. Found one states away, and was ready to have it shipped down. But, came across a Tuxedo Black for a better buy. Love the black, but I think that green in fantastic on the SHO.

Envious of your location... I love Colorado Springs. Car looks great!

Maybe next time I'm out there we can do a meet and greet. I think there is one other member that lives in the spings area as well.

What I especially love about the color is that it looks metallic black most of the time, but depending on the lighting and angle, it also either looks blue or green.

Here is an angle with the blue showing through...

Thanks for the kind words everyone...much appreciated.

If anyone is in the Colorado Springs area, please let me know....we'll go for a cruise and grab a beer.

I've had the Bullitt Mustang at the top of Pikes Peak a few times and already looking forward to taking the SHO up to 14,000'.

Thanks Rich.  No future mods for the SHO for a few reasons.  If I'm feeling the need for some track time, I'll take the Bullitt out.  I also do a lot of running (marathons) so most of the spring, summer and fall my time is taken by training.  And lastly, I really don't want to do anything to jeopardize the factory warranty.  So, the plan is to keep it stock and enjoy it as a daily driver.

Ahhh, yes, the garage.

A couple of years ago I decided do some work on the garage...a couple of months later, I ended up with a mancave in the garage.  lol

I spend many evenings out there in the summer and fall working on and cleaning the cars and watching some baseball.  It's now turned into a neighborhood gathering place in the evenings which is a blast.

With a few mods and less than 1 grand in money my car ran 13.5 at bandimere.  That's tune plugs t stat. 3 bar sensor and some mixed e-85.  Food for thought.  But even stock adding 2-4 gallons of corn makes a power difference.

That's a great time for Bandimere!  I've put my Mustang down that track several times a few years ago, but have since moved to autocross and road course events.  High Plains Raceway is insanely fun.  Let me know the next time you're at Bandimere and I just may drive up!
