H&R lowering springs

For my 2013 Ford flex

I got a set of H&R lowering Springs over a month ago and only received 3 springs they sent me another set that had 4 installed them on the flex now I have these 3 just laying around and they don't want them back. Would anyone be interested in them?

Curiousity has me wondering, is it missing a front or rear spring?

From the pic it's missing the rear. I looked at these but didn't have luck finding anyone who could get just one spring, sold as complete kits only.

As a fellow PA resident, I would have jumped on these in a heartbeat.  I contacted H&R and they weren't willing to sell a single spring.

As a fellow PA resident, I would have jumped on these in a heartbeat.  I contacted H&R and they weren't willing to sell a single spring. 

That sucks. How do they replace one if it breaks?
