Hey all,

new member here.  Came here by way of a member giving me some very helpful tech advice.  I own a 2014 Taurus Limited.  It's the 3.5L FWD unit, but there is not a whole lot of tech for the N/A Taurus outside of the SHO groups, so here I am.

Not much for mods.  Daily driver type vehicle, added the SHO spoiler and drive-bright LED DRL's.

I'm big in the Fox-body Mustang groups, and if anyone is familiar with those, you may recognize my name.

I kinda regret not getting the SHO instead of the limited.  At the time, I figured I already had one car to modify and play with, so I really just wanted a nice car to get to work in.

Now I wish I got a SHO.  I'll drive this a few more years, and then go get one.

I also have a fox body, but don't frequent the Mustang forums.  Got a bad taste from them 15 or so years ago and never went back.  Was too many kids back then.

For that platform, information is available from so many sources that a forum isn't even needed at this point.  For the EB world, forums help a ton!  With the help from others here, my Lincoln can now beat my fox body on the street....for about 100'.  LOL

I agree.  Seems these days that most Fox owners frequent the FB groups, and the forums are left to the "old" farts now.  Kinda prefer it this way. Nice and quiet.

But you are right.  Everything that can be done to those cars has been done and is a quick google search away

Ain't that the truth. 

I've enjoyed (& continue to enjoy) the forum format. Much less drama (for the most part) versus other social media apps.

Although I have never once participated in FB, I hear stories upon stories of nonsense and other craptastic interactions involving the age bracket(s) that are coming up behind us.
