Just picked up a stock 2011 Sterling Grey SHO.  Its stock for now. 


This is replacing my CTS-V with a 418 stroker motor that was totaled when someone hit me head on.  Looking forward to some small mods. This one is all bolt ons.

Welcome, I'm glad to see a fellow NC SHO owner! I just got a white 2010 not too long ago, and am slowly starting the modding process as well.
 
I'll get pics up in the next few days.  It's got 40k miles and one owner.  It has the two tone black/camel interior which I wasn't sure I liked from the pics but I loved it when I saw it. 

I need to do some minor cosmetic things.  The roof rubber strips are dry rotted, but I can't find the ford part number.  And of course the chrome crap is peeling on taillights and the front grill.  Any solutions or should I just order newer tails? 
 
The strips likely have to be replaced.  JYs may be your best source for replacements.  As far as the taillights, replace with SEL taillights (no chrome), plastidip, or polish off the chrome & paint.

I believe these are the part numbers for the roof/gutter strips

Roof Ditch Moulding
Removal and Installation

    NOTE: Push down on the outboard side of the moulding, while pulling up on the inboard side.

    Remove the roof moulding.

    Inspect the roof moulding retainer hooks for correct orientation.

    NOTE: The mounting hooks should have a 90-degree angle.

    If necessary, adjust the retainer hooks using standard hand tools.

    NOTICE: Make sure the roof moulding is correctly aligned before snapping it into place or damage to the vehicle may occur.

    NOTE: The windshield moulding must sit over the roof moulding.

    Install the roof moulding by snapping it onto the retainer hooks.

Awesome lineage!

A very good friend of mine has a Lightning he bought new.  His is basic bolt ons with sway bars, pulley, tune, exhaust, etc.  About once a year I make him an offer on it.  No luck prying it from his hands yet.
