How do I upload the tune to the car?

Hey guys, i was told not to start the car when I plug in the tuner to the OBDII but i got an error message to call the tech through the process. I just wanted to ask what is the exact procedure for uploading the tune on the car? I recieved the files and i have transfered them on to the tuner of course. The tuner will say to turn the car on run position but is that one click of the push start or is it the accessory mode??

Hold start button (no brake) until gauges fully sweep...that's in 2010-2012 sho

Its usually two clicks of the start button,best way to tell if your in accessory mode is on the second click make sure the wipers turn on,if so while in accessory mode you can make sure everything is off,wipers,a/c,radio.etc and then proceed to install the tune on a 13+SHO.
