LOL... Seems like it doesn't matter as long as she gets what she wants...  :bigthanx:

You should bolt on some downpipes... Go for an 11 sec quarter and a sub 8 sec 1/8th... As long as your in the doghouse anyway  :beer2:

Cops suck, period.

That's an average running speed.  11 mph.

I prefer to think of things in common law terms instead of this maritime / wartime fringed flag BS.  Common law states - if there's no damaged party, there is no broken law.

PAPERS PLEASE!  That's what we're at with this crap.

Yeah she wouldn't be so mad if it wasn't the second one. With two warnings in between that in the past 3 months.... Guys I'm going to have to drive exactly the limit on the way to work now. The other stops were for 5 over 6 over and 8 over.... LEOs are getting after it hard here lately..... .

Before our resident Leos jump in "I know I was breaking the law" not disputing the tickets in any way. Just sucks getting them. And it's hard to not drive fast with a car that drives fast so easily

Hate to hear about the tickets.... Of course here in PHX the limit on surface streets is 45, but everyone is moving 55-60mph....

Agree with the sentiments expressed.... And it's fun to be at the next light before it seems like anyone else left the first light, LOL

But I am glad for our LEOs.... Just would like them to look the other way sometime.

Buy a Valentine 1 detector and 4 head blinder laser jammer. It's lunatic fringe at 700 plus install, but your best protection.

At a minimum get a V1, it is the BEST investment a speeder can make.

Damn... sucks . I remember last time I got stopped by an undercover cop in a black Raptor. When I saw the red and blue lights I was like wtf??? Lol

They stop you for going over that small amount?  I do a lot of miles on I-35 between SAT and Austin, they won't pull you over unless you're doing 10% over the speedlimit.  77 in a 70 is what I set the cruise to and haven't had a problem in 3 years.  They seem to prefer to go after people doing more than 10% over as the ticket is much more expensive.

I always lawyer up on my tickets, keep the driving record clean.  I finally got to the point where car insurance got inexpensive, so I like to keep it that way. If that means I slip a ticket fixer a few hundred and pay a non moving violation fine then so be it.. It's like a 'speeding tax'.

Yeah small towns along US-67 are notorious for filling city coffers with traffic fines..... It's getting a bit ridiculous but nothing can be done about it. The officer that pulled me over even mentioned that if I paid there small fee and took their drivers safety course online for 25 bucks it wouldn't effect my driving record.

My V1 has paid for itself several times over now.  I also have waze running on my nexus 7 when I'm driving and people mark speed traps on there as well.

LOL.  I have not had a ticket since 2005.  And that one was 96 mph in a 45 mph zone.  Was test piloting out my new pulley and tune in my Yellow 03 Cobra.  Dana Beach Blvd heading towards the ocean.  The LEO was cool and wrote me for 60 in a 45.  No detector then.  Have had one ever since...
