If you have a transverse EcoBoost (like a SHO) HPTuners should be good to go unless Ford changed the ECU for 15-up to match that of the 15-up F-series/Mustang which is different from pre-15 F-series. The guide I wrote up for SHOs should get you started relatively quickly. HPTuners may not have every single setting unlocked but neither does SCT. HPTuners just organizes it better and the VCM Editor and VCM Scanner programs run faster and are organized better. I even switched from SCT to HPtuners for my Mustang GT so that all my vehicles are tuned via HPTuners.
