Hum noise at 2k rpm

GT500R

Just had my intercooler installed for my Edge by a body shop and after I took it for a drive I seem to have a humming noise coming from the front of the car.  Here is the issue...

- Noise is more noticeable in the higher gears - 3,4,5,6 (can't hear really in 1 or 2 or Neutral/Park)
- Noise is very noticeable around 2k rpm, anything lower or higher it fades away
- No CEL
- Boost and logs look better then before install (thanks intercooler!)

Ideas?  Seems to be load dependent (more apparent on gas vs. off) and makes noise whether on stock and performance tune.

Thanks.

Could it just be the air going through /around the new intercooler?

But only at 2k rpm and only in higher gears?  That would mean it isn't mph dependent, which if it was, would maybe get louder as the mph rises, but that isn't the case...

Resonate frequency of the intercooler maybe...?
I know in other vehicles I had at the right rpm things would vibrate that usually didn’t.
Have you checked the mounting hardware of the intercooler? Everything tight ?

UPDATE:

Only happens when torque converter is locked.  Also took some pics of the intercooler, my assumption is vibration increases once the torque converter locks and that causes vibration from the intercooler at that specific RPM... thoughts?
