Yes sir, 63 days......... I had a thread on ebof before I switched over to here. They did give me a rental.
They replaced all 4 wheel bearings, awd control module, ptu, driveshaft,
and finally the rear drive unit fixed the problem. All under warranty thankfully.

I when to the Dealer and they were at a lost so I have bring it back Tuesday and are going to keep it and give me a loaner car.

Dealer said the noise is coming from the PTU. Up-date later.

Did they check the RDU, shoman?  Would be nice if they resolved the problem in a single visit!

Mine was the passenger side front wheel bearing.  Picked it up today.  Noise free at all speeds and around all turns.  Fortunately it was still under the factory 5yr/60k mile warranty....so it was free.

Sorry so long to get back here. I'm just pass 60kmi (60,068mi) but I got ENDURANCE extended vehicle coverage at 48kmi. Ford and Endurance were fighting over who is going fix it. Friday Endurance got there act in one bag and will be fitting it(paying Ford dealer). And YES the forum has said we should service our PTU about every 30kmi We are wright. Here is what my PTU look like after 60kmi.

My Service Manager and I are friends and He had got Ford to come down to 1/2 price on fix it (before he knew about Endurance) because Ford said there is NO SERVICES NEEDED!!!!! We knew better NOW!!!!!

Glad your extended warranty is working for you, shoman!  Maintaining the vehicle is a chore, but one with a good sized payoff, esp if you plan on keeping it for a while.

The guys here with other hi performance car said that the stock dif oil change every 100,000mi but the muscle version every 30-50kmi (V6 Mustang 100k vs GT-500 30KMI). My Service Guy is going give me the cost to service it tomorrow. And some where there a thread on HOW-TO service PTU I think?

The RDU is easy to get to, the PTU not so much, but doable.
