I'd like to make a public apology to LMS and Dan Millen/Anthony

These guys really are good people and have customer service down. I've asked for Dan's help with a timing reluctor for a customer. Still working on that and hoping to finalize the repair. Dan also allowed me to get a LMS tuner for my 2015 truck, I'm looking forward to doing some testing and comparisons soon. Anthony's customer service and turnaround is excellent.


Good peeps, glad I had some convos with Dan on the phone.

 
I will vouch for Anthony and his great customer service as well. Everyone else I've dealt with at LMS really got under my skin, and every time Anthony would pull through, listen to my concerns and then actually address them instead of dismissing them as some of their other employees had.
 
Best of luck on your new aquisition Mike,cant wait to hear about the new setup,as far as LME goes they always did the right thing for me and even went the extra mile to have a couple things changed to my liking,overall great bunch of cool guys.  Z
 
Mike... Knew it wouldn't stay stock long, LOL.

Enjoy!  I have always had excellent, fast, and personal service from both Anthony and Dan.
 
What was the public apology for?..I didn't see what they did to u,just that they gave u good service..were u bad mouthing them lol?

I should've talked to that Dan or Anthony in the beginning because the person I talked to gave me really short answers and seemed to be too busy for questions but sorry I didn't get his name so that's not really a help but he did make up my mind for me so the call wasn't entirely useless.....just not to their benefit

Why wouldn't they?...aren't they in the business of selling tuners?....and if they just gave it to u it would be to their benefit later...just smart buisiness
 
I'm sure a spat exists somewhere in a thread. I had a good experience with Anthony displaying a LOT of patience with me when I was having issues with my car. They are good guys over there.

Tuning philosophy differences led to some exchanges.  Not really a big deal in the long run.

Ah ok....no I haven't.....seems like I would enjoy it though....have a link?...someone mentioned difference in tuning philosophy.....I'd like to read

We greatly appreciate all of your feedback, good or bad.  For those of you that have not had 100% positive experiences with some of our sales guys , My sincerest apologies.  These are things that we need to know as a company to help identify any weak points and continue to grow the business.  I have already forwarded this to our supervisors and will work to get all of the guys here on the same page. 

Customer satisfaction is key in any business and I am a firm believer that if you give 110% percent to your customers, it will always come back around one way or another. 

Thank you again guys, it means a lot to hear how many of you appreciate what we do here!
