I'm looking for an Intercooler Outlet Tube

I'm on the hunt for a good used the outlet tube that goes from my out on my intercooler to my throttle body on my 2012 Ford Flex. The reason is mine is leaking oil between the rubber boot and the plastic elbow. I would also be interested if someone has a solution that is aftermarket for this.
