Interceptor Bumper Mod

I've been  toying around  with this idea for a while now and since my SHO is at the body Shop , I decided why not ....

I found this New Police  Interceptor Bumper on Ebay and bought it for an offer of $220.00.

We may have to change out some of the impact stuff  behind the bumper and  MOD it some

I've ordered a lower grill insert from Adamson Industries  as well.

I may end getting an Interceptor Grill and paint it Gloss Black.

Nice find. Are you gonna have the fog lights put back in it? how about the brush hard? ether way it will help your SHO stand out from the rest.

NO Brush Guard/Push Bumper , not sure about the Hella DRL's might get something different .

Cause I Can .... The look that I envision will en corporate amber DRL's/Turn Signals  in the recessed front corners of the new bumper , lower center mounted white DRL's  ; a lower grill insert from Adamson Industries and a custom lower front chin spoiler similar to bpd1151.

We may have to change out some of the impact stuff  behind the bumper and  MOD it some.

There may be possible other changes as things go along.



I AM Confident that when finished it WILL Be ...  BAD  A★★  ! !


I sense a certain amount of skepticism from the members here about this MOD , since there have been few comments or replies  .  BUT THAT'S OK .......

I think it will look good/different.  I've been debating the interceptor grill.

Just wondering. Sounds like some custom fab work on the bumper housing.  The squad bumpers don't have cutouts at all.  I'd love to see how it turns out as well!

Yes  ... Improved air flow will be a definite plus for anything mounted behind the  lower opening.

What that may be though  , I'm not gonna touch with a 10 ft. pole .... L O L !

DRL'S / Turn Signal  assemblies ordered  , Similar to A OEM product but made by an aftermarket Mfg .
