Is This A Factory Muffler?

Is this a factory muffler? 

As far as I know, this car is all stock when I bought it but I've never seen a factory exhaust with any logos on it.

No that's not a factory muffler, may be a "factory" equivalent someone put on after messing theirs up or it could had an exhaust on it when it was traded.

No funny welds holding it on or anything, did they make a cat back or full exhaust for SHO? 

For that matter shouldn't the factory exhaust be stainless?  This looks an awful lot like it's aluminized.  At first I assumed it was 409, which turns a rusty color but stays that way but this thing has what look like rust spots on it.
