IT'S TRACK TIME!

I think we might be in good shape, I guess we will know better tomorrow. But my weather app just popped up a frost warning for Milan for tonight lol.

It's crazy...we just planted flowers on Mothers day too...ahhh

Local forecast said pop up afternoon thunderstorms for Saturday. The rain Friday will be early and end early in the day. Looking good "right now".

I swear that's the kind of rain that haunted me when building houses...raining everywhere but our job.

As far as my attendance, I will continue monitoring the weather forecast(s) and make a last minute judgement call (in all likelihood late Friday) as to whether or not to make the 4hr trek out to Milan.

As of now, it's still showing 80% chance of (all day) storms for Saturday. It's remained at that threshold since I posted the 90% the other day.

Pretty consistent.

I'll keep my fingers crossed though it improves. I'd really really like to attend, but an 8hr total drive for it to possibly be cancelled, or simply delayed with limited runs, would not sit to well with me. Or for others I'd imagine.

Let's all pray to the sun God's for good weather folks.  :cool_shades:

I'm right there with you although my drive is only 2 hours and I have free room and board Friday night out there. If it doesn't play out come on up to Kalamazoo one Friday night for test and tune at US 131 Motorsports Park, it's only 2 hours for you and a fast track.

It seems like it's still up in the air, with all that moisture coming up from the south it will really depend on it's final track. 3 different weather services have 3 different predictions. Accuweather is listing 80% rain in the afternoon with a 40% chance in the morning. The weather network is predicting 90% chance of Thunderstorms but doesn't say when.  And finally weather.com is at 60% chance of scattered thunderstorms. I will have to make my call by tomorrow evening as my drive down is about 5 hours + border wait times. Hopefully we will at least get some consensus among the predictions tomorrow. Still keeping my fingers crossed.

We might be ok?! Finally seeing hourly for Friday/Saturday. Predictions seem to be no rain from Friday 1pm to Saturday afternoon. I guess we will see if that changes tonight.

It's MILAN or BUST for us.  We are heading out, no matter what.  Have other things planned if the weather craps out.  Hope to see everyone, Sat.  :ford:  :gathering:

Appreciate it.

I was thinking about that "E/85" mod statement. Time we start labeling it as "pump gas"? Lol
