Just got a good laugh outta this...

Anything to distract their potential customers.  Surprised they didn't compare it to a Ford Festiva.

I saw this article and laughed as well... notice the first picture they present isn't even a SHO? Ha!

I hope this article gets a ton of exposure . . . and that everyone who reads it buys a charger, drives it off the dealer lot, and gets lined up with a SHO first thing to see how very misinformed this article really is.

That is the most ridiculous, worst written automotive related article I've even read.

How do they compare price of an SHO and base Charger, but then compare the performance of a $70,000 Charger to the SHO?

The R/T Hemi charger I test drove had a sticker of just over $42,000.  Wasn't a scat pack, SRT, etc.  Just a fuel gulping, poor performing base Hemi motor.  That's the real comparison vehicle.  Lock it down to a comparison between a Hemi R/T Charger and an SHO and you have a fair match up.

That's the second one I've seen like that and both seemed to me was they started with a result before they started writing.

Driven both cars and obviously, I decided to make the better choice.

Was anger shopping for a new SHO online since mine is in the shop again, and stumbled across this article.

I have a buddy who is all DODGE/Mopar guy, and when things go bad Mech, (and they Do frequently)
they get real expensive, real fast BTW

Worst article I've ever read.

I love how they equate the SHO's engine to the base v6 engine but put up numbers showing the HP/TQ numbers are much closer to the Hemi than the base V6.

Very biased article.  Thought the writer was going to admit to having sex with the charger at the end

Just wish I had my go pro pointed at back windshield... there would be tons of videos with Chargers in plain view trying to catch up.... while I'm getting my a$$ and back massaged at the same time...

I too have driven the Charger R/T and SRT.. imho they are lacking.
