Livernois Tuner Problen

I just bought downpipes and 3-bar from Livernois and had them send me a new tune for them. They sent them and I updated my Tuner. Well tonight I just installed the downpipes and everything. Went to install the new tune and the tuner is saying that it needs updated before I can install the tune. I'm confused cuz I just updated the tuner last night.

Anyone know how to fix this? I can't contact Livernois until Monday....thanks in advance
 
You try restarting computer after this try? It's been awhile now since I've had tunes updated, but I vaguely remember the app/whatever is used saying it needed updated and a restart of computer solved the issue. Don't know if this is same thing (non tech guy here).

I didn't have that info, I just assumed I wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone till Monday. So I figured I'd try here. Thanks for the info tho, I'll try emailing and calling/leavin a message

There is a firmware update for the MyCal... And the updates for the tunes is also an application.....  LME must have sent you the email for the tune update... Disable your antivirus then use either the link to the combo app or the instructions for the two separate apps... Follow the prompts. It will take about 5 min total.  The app will tel you exactly what to do.
