Hey guys, I'm toying with idea of returning to stock so I can either sell or trade the SHO this fall, anyone got an airbox laying around they are willing to part with?

Thanks,
Nate

I have one that I took off my 2014 just recently...??? Just not sure if it would fit?

Airbox is the same; I got mine too; it's brand new; came off at 400 miles.

I could part with it; have to see what it costs from Ford and we can work a deal out.

I don't have my exhaust.

Whole intake box; I'd probably let it go for $130.

I'll see if anyone has one cheaper first if that's ok, I would like to be able to return to stock without losing money if I can.

Go for it.

It's $260 new from Ford; based on weluvfordparts.com pricing.

Just curious -- why return to stock? It's not going to change your trade in price. If it did it would be really minimal and you wouldn't have to deal with chasing down parts or selling parts.

Just my two cents.

I've talked to a couple dealers and they all want it back stock and will give me more if it is stock.  Maryland emissions and inspections are horrible for mods, which is where I live, but my car is registered in Iowa, cause I'm active duty air force, so I modded mine. Lol

Where in Maryland?

That's different -- guess they are cracking down on mods LOL.

The emissions inspections here are absolutely ridiculous. You can't even lift a truck or have aftermarket exhaust on anything...

Interesting.  No problems down here in Beltsville.  Maybe try an emissions station in Brandywine or nearby in PG County?

Those things have absolutely nothing to do with emissions and neither does the intake box.

I'd suggest reading the law and taking a copy with....take the $8.00/hr tyrants to school.
