Misfire = oil in plug well

hey guys,
Very happy because I just got my turbos rebuilt w/ billet wheels and downpipes etc and car is back on the road.
After a few days I was getting a misfire in cylinder 3. I changed the plug last night and it's running good now.
however, the old plug was coated in oil so I'm sure I need to at least replace the rear valve cover gasket/plug seals.
Anyone know of a write-up or resource showing the removal of the valve cover on the rear and maybe front also?
I'll prob do this myself but I haven't taken a good look yet to see what all needs to come off and how much of a PITA it might be.
Thanks

Did not see your signature! What exact application is this for!
Tab of Black RTV sealant on each corner is ideal. Z
