I posted a few months back about getting my PTU serviced. find the thread here: http://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php/topic,5772.0.html
I took it back today to have it suctioned and refilled. The shop said they can drill a hole for a drain plug. I was a little apprehensive. I'm glad I did. The amount of sediment and sludge that was flushed out was shocking. The fluid was black again after about 5k miles from last fluid change. They guess and I agree, that we have probably one more flush to get the last bit of sludge out. With the drain plug the process will be much easier as well. Hope this helps someone.
