I'm looking to pull the trigger either today or tomorrow on a set of CATTED Downpipes for my 2013 SHO, I see livernois has them in stock ready to go.... In your Opinion, which will be the better CATTED downpipes for my car? I want the catted. because I want to pass inspection.  Thanks in advance guy's. I will be installing them this Friday ( have my buddy's lift to the day) along with my new Lowering springs.  Rich

Take my advice after trying a couple differnt manufacturers and go with PPE catted DP from 4DRHTRD great quality and guaranteed to pass emmissions testing and basically the same gains as the non catted DP and also purchasing them here at ECOPOWER PARTS your also supporting the forum and good luck.

The newer DP's from LMS don't throw codes either from what I understand.

Contact them personally for more info.

i think what i've read in the past is the key is the magnaflow cats. i know PPE has them & & like bpd think livernois does but should make sure from them, but know the ppe's with borla catback  passed MO emissions.

Anyone have PPE catted DP's and a stock exhaust system?
Yes... Ahmad, I have PPE catted DP with stock on to the tips and I love the sound and performance.  On the Dyno over 6 back to back pulls only 3-5 WHP difference with no catted.  No CEL, no rasp, no smoke, no drone.  Silent until I roll into the throttle pretty hard.

I had mine black ceramic coated.  I helped in the late fitment and Dyno work on the PPE DPs.  You may get cheaper, but you can't get better.  Paul Prentiss and his crew at PPE are great.

That will be my setup with the addition of EPP's boost actuated cutout whenever the cutout comes back.
^^ This is legit? Last I saw I heard they were working on one. Is yours being done now? I've already got the dp and exhaust form corsa (LMS) and its really great, got rid of the in cabin smell from the exhaust some of the newer model Fords are known to posess, also I think it sounds great. I'm actually hoping to add a x-pipe to my setup, just have yet to find one with mimimal change to my setup already in place

I found a car! SOON! SOON!
Moving shops this month and then we'll get him in to finalize that project.
SO SO SO SO SO Sorry for the delays :)

Same car is discussing forged short block, ported/polished heads, fuel fuel system, turbo kit and hopefully 700-800HP :)
I'll update as things come along and I'll do full pictures of the entire build, video on our new state of the art dyno and full installation facilities available at EPP!

That's awesome!

Seriously though, no worries...look how long it took me to get a tune, lol.

I'm very patient when it comes to car modding.

I don't know how you waited that long. ;D

Ha, I'm the same way.  I've had a Corsa catback in the box sitting in my garage for over a month now.  Just don't have time like I used to with kids.  I'll get a tune before May, maybe in January.  But I'll be on my winter tire setup, so probably won't be in a rush to add more power.

Lol all this time Tom! After much debate I believe that is the best setup for this vehicle given my goals, as well as staying close to stock as possible. I'm going to be getting rid of my last prototype exhaust then hopefully plan on picking up some downpipes and throwing the stock catback on there. That'll get me satisfied in the exhaust department, then on to getting the intake made! ;)

I am still running the first installed set.... Love 'em.  They cause the turbos to spool about 500-600 rpm lower.... And moves the power spikes for AWHP & TQ down that much too.  It will make a lot of difference in your 0-60.... Even more if you mod the tune for them... Should put you near 4 sec for 0-60....
