Since I have a mycal just sitting on my desk, I emailed you guys to see if you want a crack at my Flex, can we call my tune the Stage 8v1++ super?

I'd like to see what you guys can do with my car with E85 available and unlimited fuel.
Wife has told me to leave the truck alone so Flex get's the mods until I build my Ecoboosted Fox body

I just removed my CAI. I should make a few passes and see if I can steal shoman's crown.

I'm assuming that as in the past, updates will be passed on to existing customers gratis. I suppose this one could be different, but will have to wait and see.

An "Ah Ha" moment!  And I also do believe that he has brake mods too....not that the brakes are a performance mod, but it is a mod....

Yes I had CAI(Crash said that CAI DON"T really ADD PWR) But no exhaust mod MY DynoMax Muffler are 2.25in stock size No pwr add just some sound added. 1/4mi @ 12.669sec. But I just add LMS down-pipe, Magnaflow X-pipe, and custom built 2.5" exhaust pipes. METH ADD THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!

An "Ah Ha" moment!  And I also do believe that he has brake mods too....not that the brakes are a performance mod, but it is a mod....

I ran the 12.6 last year and the Brakes up-grade was just 2 months ago. But better brakes would have help you powerbrake start at the line. but I didn't have them then.

For what its worth, I still haven't even gotten my initial tune for my 2013 yet...I sent it in over a week ago and I haven't heard anything back. I'm hoping that the wait is because of the new tune they are working on..but some communication would be nice....

It's a little concerning seeing how far behind they are while releasing new announcements over on the Explorer forum that will likely increase their demand.  They just announced a tune for the NA Ex engine and possibly a switchable-on-the-fly tune option.  Hopefully they're adding people to keep up.

I had a 2010 non-PP SHO with meth, custom exhaust, HR springs and Airaid with stage 5. I ran many runs from 12.09 to 12.17 at trap speed exceeding 115mph.
Now I have a 2013 PP with all mods transferred plus I now have downpipes and stage 5 for the 2013.
The 2013 is really faster off the line.
My best 60ft. was 1.80 and now 1.73... Always under 1.80.
However, the 2013 is slower on the 1/4 mile.
Dan from Livernois told me that the stage 5 on the 2010-12 models has been tweaked over the years and is much more aggressive than my current stage 5 in the 2013.
I have been waiting since last May (Livernois track rental day) for a more aggressive tune that will optimize my current setup.
I truly believe that the 2013 with PP and downpipes should be able to be 0.3 seconds faster than the 2010 I had and improve trap speed by 3 mph.
So all of you guys that have bedn waiting for a tweaked version for the 2013... I have been waiting since May. I drove 20 hours to go at Livernois' facility in person, but apparently the 2013 will need its own time for improvement like we have seen the evolution of the different stages over the years from stage 1 to 5...
But I am now ready and will try to contact Dan soon to see what is going on, what and when we can expect the next stage and if it will be adapted for other mods such as downpipes, meth, turbo upgrade...
