New guy from ATL

Figured it was time to say hello after lurking for a while. Picked up a '13 SHO (PP) back in mid June and have been in car heaven since (except when MFT acts up).

Hopefully I'm using the correct terminology - MFT = My Ford Touch

Several times now I've lost audio, no button sounds, no radio audio..nothing. Turning the car off and letting it sit for a while seems to fix it.
