Vegas?  For a convention?  Guess I could make it

pretty simple, i can set up the blocks of rooms (at a deep deep discount of course), and we can rent the track for a night or two, then i can set up the nighttime afterparties with ease! boom!

Let's figure out costs for the track rental, I'm sure the guys would want to do a day of drag racing and road racing.
Another thought is there's a Southern Super Heavy Shootout, we could do a Western Super Heavy Shootout and bring in the Impala SS's, Marauders, V's etc.
Up to you guys if you're into the drag racing more than road racing.

October would be ideal, even beginning november, doesn't really get chilly oil closer to december. although our "chilly" here in vegas is probably warm for many of you guys lol
