K Kansas66 New member Nov 24, 2014 #1 I just recently bought a 2011 Taurus SHO. As a ford technician I knew how much fun the cars are and I knew I had to buy one. As soon as I get some maintenance items taken care of I plan on modding the car. any suggestions of the first mod?

S SHOnUup New member Nov 24, 2014 #4 First thing with the "4.1" model is to replace spark plugs and probably check the PTU fluid. Bang for the buck mod is definitely a tune. Go 3bar right off the bat I'd say. Rich

I actually just checked my spark plugs tonight and they look like they have been replaced. Any suggestions on where to go for a tune?

S SHOnUup New member Nov 24, 2014 #12 There are 2 strongly supported tuners here for the ecoboost platform. Livernois Motorsports Unleashed (Torrie) Can't go wrong with either. Livernois is more of a plug n play with a variety of tunes to choose from. Unleashed also has plug n play tunes but datalogging is suggested to fine tune these for "your" car. Rich
