New to Ecoboost Forums

I just want to stop in and introduce myself. I will be lurking, gathering information to purchase a Ecoboost vehicle in the forseeable future.

Not new to Fords and have several that I love and cherish, but its getting time to part ways with some in order to get into something more comfortable and family friendly. The SHO has grabbed me and hasn't let go. Also considering other Ecoboost models in the SUV/Car Range.

Couple notable cars in my stable are my 2000 Ford Contour SVT, 2003 PZEV Focus Wagon, and my 1983 Mustang GT. Im hoping to clear out the late models and concentrate on doing a ground up on the Mustang to compete in heads-up racing again. Most likely PSCA.

Hopefully any new addition will keep me satisfied in the performance department and no mods will be necessary. With a young family, time and money are hard to come by. The 83 was my first car, and I have had it in storage for the last 7 years. It would kill me if that project takes several years to complete.

Here are a few pictures of the three.

Welcome to the community, TourEnvy, quite the collection of Ford powerhouses there :)  Original owner?  Like Z said, the SHO/Flex/XSport should be strong contenders for your purchasing power.  I would think though, you would budget in a tune, as that would make the ride worthy of your stable!

Found your thread.  did you get your mustang out of storage? i swear i saw that very same car at cars and coffee last saturday....
