It's the recirc door actuator. It's right ablve the cabin air filter behind the glovebox. Just an 8mm bolt holding it in I think. I got mine for $15 on Amazon.

Yup. Blend door actuator. Already replaced mine twice. Behind the glove box is pretty easy. Might as well change the cabin air filter while your under there.
