not running what it should

thanks for info guys i appreciate it a lot!! im not all that computer savvy but im dating a IT major so if i cant figure it out im sure she can help me out!
 
nothing on my computer has changed, just went from working one day to not the next.. Just sucks that right when i want to look at a log  from the track it stops working haha

still have no idea whats slowing me down  :icon_confused:

When she's done fixing your computer, maybe she can fix your car too, lol
 
I dont have Windows 10 but the past couple of days its been acting up,besides Gmail having issues on top of everything coffee gets spilled,took her apart with my handy dandy tools and shes running better than ever.  Z

13.2 with meth is really slow even in that DA. Something is not right at all. Last weekend I ran a 12.79 @108.8 with traction issues and almost full tank of gas. I do not have Meth (yet ;)) at 2k DA. I'm sure Torrie with be able to fix you up though, at the very least he should be able to point you in the right direction.

I see you mentioned plugs on ur mods? What are they gapped at???  You could be blowin out the spark. Also, what nozzle are you running on your meth and what boost do you have it come on and then max?  What boost are you seeing at full throttle?  I have my meth come on 50% at 6lbs and full boost at 13-14lbs.  I'd have to double check and I'm running a A.I. #10 nozzle. 
 
Great advice from all the above,did you check the fittings that come  out of the tank that feeds the methanol,you could have a possible leak that needs to be addressed,BTW ITS crucial to monitor your AFR readings and send them out to Torrie for him to check especially the 1/4 mile.  Z
 
im running the #6 nozzle i believe, on at 10 full on at 12. just replaced the plugs. originally had a shop do them since they were already doing the meth kit. they were all at .040 i guess they didn't quite understand the instructions. do you guys think this could be the whole root of my problem? i have been very busy so i haven't had time to give her some hell and im still fighting with live links so no logs have been sent to torrie yet. also, sorry i didn't reply sooner and thanks for the stellar advice!
 
If you're spraying meth with improperly gapped plugs you could very well be losing that second in the 1/4.  I don't know if the same .30 is recommend when spraying meth but i would make sure, gap plugs properly and also make sure the meth kit was spraying properly as well.  You for sure need to get some logs so Torrie can see whats going on.  That should be the first thing you do, it should have been done before even going to the track.

They are gapped correctly now. Did a huge amount of data logging before I went to the track. Think I went through about 16 tunes until torrie said that's all he could do. That's why I was so surprised at the times it ran
