In AZ legally 10mph over limit is "criminal speeding" and can have the same results plus jail... In practice though, most LEOs don't apply that unless you're really going crazy fast for conditions. LOL.... Yes a posted limit in AZ usually translates into all traffic moving 10-20 mph over that limit... And I admit that I like to drive fast when the road is open. We have similar practices here too, we can get away with 25km over the 100km posted speed limit ...sometimes even 30 over is not noticed

I miss that. I grew up in Chandler and if you weren't going 5 to 10 over, you were a hazard. In OKC people routinely do 5 under the limit... it's very annoying.
I think driving 5 under is more dangerous than 5 over just my 2 cents.
