How did it happen? Looks like the kind of damage I regularly get from curb stops. Especially the ones that have rods holding them in place.

He gave me a warning that basically states I have 5 days to find a cop, show them I stripped tint, and have it signed--mailed in. Otherwise they send me a citation/fine/something; dunno. My buddy has some PA friends and is looking into it. If it's just a $150 fine or something, **** it I'll just pay it.
My mates roll around with 5% tint and I get nabbed for 15%.

Yep. Sure did happen to me too.
Damn 'coon cost me nearly $3K out of pocket when it was all said & done.
But this included me adding the side skirting & rear valance into the equation, which i'll add, was NOT damaged.
Sorry to hear about your mishap there Storm. I'm sure you'll get her all back up to snuff so to speak, in no time at all.

Now that he's had his curiosity piqued, he wrote you a warning so that you lighten up the tint, so he can see more of you, on a more recurring basis, during those times you happen to drive past each other.
