Poor radio reception

Tonight was one of the rare instances that I actually have listened to the radio instead of streaming music from my phone in my car. I noticed that the radio reception on all the channels was very poor and the HD radio kept kicking in and out. Very weird. So I went into the navi diagnostics by holding down the preset buttons 3 and 6. I ran a radio signal strength and came up with this(pic attached). Anyone know what this means? I just got my car back from the dealer last week after it sat there for 9 days, so I'd prefer to not go back for a while lol.

What did the dealer do for those 9 days? Looks like maybe the antenna lead is not connected or the cable is damaged? If they had the dash open I would suspect something was disconnected and not put back.

they were doing all the injectors, fuel rails, and a trans drain and fill.
