This is them leaving the 40 mph road going 25 with balloons smacking around and passenger struggling to hang on.

First pic was them quickly pulling over to rethink. This was about a half mile from where they pulled out to slow everyone down.

Didn't bother me a bit, laughed a little and snapped a pic. ;D

Maybe they just had a flat on the left front... I think this is the newest version of the factory inflation kit
