Haven't had to get the BIG tile saw out in 6 weeks....so I had the pleasure of chipping ice for an hour this morning.

Wasn't that hard of work, just a PIA. Ground had pushed the door up tight in its rollers on top. So I had to use pry bar to edge it over inch by inch and chop the frozen tundra as I uncovered more ground.

Next year I have a new item to add to fall clean-up.

Yes, I have the same question as Manu ^^^... details please. 
I tend to believe the damage was already done when fluid was exchanged... or perhaps the work on the fluid exchange was substandard for any number of reasons.

The Riverwalk is one of the best places in San Antonio, and not too far from the Alamo either.  Cool pics!
