I used this one before...3.82 with my previous set of #'s. Seems to be the most in depth one to me.

I get what you're saying but IDK how I feel about that. Ford likes to talk a bunch of **** about how tough these motors are. Like the IMSA car they say is 80% stock. And F them for giving us no love from FRPP. Its retarded that I could spend much less and get factory performance support with a warranty. How would you know if you brought it on anyway? Hopefully none of us are faced with that dilemma.

FYI I've seen low mileage 3.5 Ecoboosts on ebay for about 2 grand if the worst were to happen.

I hear ya...it's been quite strong and reliable to this point. So anything from here would be on me I feel.

If something breaks, it's supposed to be upgraded right...hehe 8)

Yup but at the going rate of 25k + for a built motor with no warranty I could do 3+ used stockers. A 10 second SHO is cool to think about but the reality is at some point it won't just be the motor to consider. Tranny, axles, and a bunch of other stuff will need to be upgraded and that will be very expensive as well.

So very true...glad I'm a SHO-A-HOLIC...I'll probably spend a LOT of unnecessary money on a car that won't perform like another would with same investment.
