Shopping used 7in tablets

I am shopping for a super cheap used 7 inch tablets to use with torque pro app. It will serve only for that purpose. They're multiple choices on eBay but I am not sure which will work with the Bluetooth and which will not and also GPS functionality. Having a back camera will an added bonus but not mandatory. Currently watching these models:

Samsung Galaxy tab 2 P3113
Samsung Galaxy tab 7 GTP6210UWR
Nexus 7 1st gen ME370T

Can any tech guru help me? I am also open to your offer if you want to get rid of your current device ;)

I just bought a 10" quad core  refurbished Samsung  w/ Android 4.1 & 16 GB for $290. with case on WOOT.(looks new to me!) Figured I would use it for other things and wanted more power and response. The larger tablet also gives you the option of either more or larger gauges.  Dual Core offerings in 10" are much cheaper.  Must have Bluetooth and wifi capability for Torque pro to set it up. Now I just have to take the time to figure out Torque!

Good price!

I also bought a 10" Quad core PIPO M9 from FocalPrice.com that was supposed to be a 1920 x 1200(?) and have 32 GB  and Android 4.2.2 for $248.00
It came 34 days after I ordered it with 7-10 business day shipping and was not the high resolution or 32 GB version. Did have Android 4.2.2 however.  PayPal helped me get $75. off and my son bought it for my $175. cost.

Watch what you get from China, unless you have dealt with them before... AND be sure and use PayPal to protect yourself.  Also make sure you get tracking data, even if you have to pay a couple $$ for it.

Good feedback, thank you!

I'm spoiled with my Nexus 7 and MX.  But, I already had the Nexus.

Update on the Chinese PIPO tablet.  My son who repairs and builds computers for a living, ran into issues with it not recognizing or accepting some Android apps. Finally got an app that makes apps think this is a Samsung Galaxy... and it accepted all of them.  Now he loves it.  So.. if this kind of things happens to anyone, I can get the skinny on how to resolve it.

I had installed Torque Pro earlier with no issues, so that wasn't a problem.  Also, even though this and many tablets aren't 3G, our Samsung phones can be used to access 3G or 4G and tether to the tablet.  Thus you can stream Nascar or other things live when you don't have Wifi access.

Sometimes refurbished tablets can be bought cheaply and you can get more power for less!
