Sunroof rattle/buzz

So there is a plastic piece that is making a rattle/buzzing noise from vibration.  It's in the front portion and if I reach my hand up and put tension on the piece it goes away.  Anyone have this issue?  I've found often with rattles it'll be common amoung other cars.

Again. It's not wind harmonics. It's road vibrations.  Just makes me bonkers.

I would try to rule out the sunroof theory which is the least cost effective by opening the sunroof and on the passenger side you will see a thick wire harness just sitting there and lonely....simply add a 3-4"in. long X 1"in. foam underneath the harness for support to act as a cushion for any such type vibrations, pics below.  Z

Z is correct on this matter.....

And, this issue has been previous discussed (& remedied) over the years, by what Z himself has suggested.

It has to do with the wire loom(s) that lie within the front of the sunroof tray, not having enough "support" so to speak, from the factory.

Fudge a piece of w/e to help support that factory loom, and you should definitively notice significantly less noise.

Good luck!
