Sync - Bluetooth

So, Like most i like to use my Iphone to play music via Bluetooth, hardly ever do I listen to FM-AM radio, for about a week now I am unable to do so but if I am reciving a phone call it works just fine, I am having to use the USB cord for it to play music. Has anyone experienced that? If so how do I solve this problem?

Have you turned on the app radio function? My wife always plugs her phone in but my android always Bluetooth and never an issue with the Taurus sync features.

Ford fiestas sync in a rental car worst experience ever! Bluetooth audio was not capable only for calls.

Are you on the latest update for Sync? My iPhone stopped consistently connecting one day after I updated iOS, and updating to Sync 2 v 3.8 fixed it for me. I think 3.10 is out now, but I haven't seen a download for it yet. Seems to be a dealer only update at this time.

Go to the ford owners website, log in toy our account, and if you have an update it will tell you.
