Throttle body need help

I installed a stage 2 snow watter meth kit on my 2017 sho an in one month I have broke 3 t.b  idk what to do or why it's doing it

How has the throttle body broke? What happened to it?...Honestly I would ditch those throttle body spacers for meth spray...It seems like they don't let the meth properly mix.

They got stuck open or closed and iam spraying it  before t.b no spacer for 2017 so I need to do direct inject?
