TSW Nurburgrings Fitment Guide

TSW's site does not list the Nurbs on the SHO fitment guide. I know they fit. So before I order I want to make sure I'm ordering the correct ones. I found them on American Muscle.com for $1,320 shipped. Same bolt pattern and offset. Other than lug nuts, is there anything else I need?  Will my 245/45/20 tires fit?  Thanks.

20x8.5 +40 (not the +20, that's a Mustang fitment.)
