Unfortunately it looks like the PPE downpipes didn't take into account for the Performance Package oil cooler. I'm lacking slightly more than 1/8" for the front O2 sensor to screw into the bung.

Trying to figure out how to make it work. We shall see.

Great pics! I didn't realize one DP was held by studs and one held by bolts. Hmm, could make DP fab a little more complicated, gonna tackle fabbing  them tomorrow, hope the parts I've collected will all fit :-

Great pics for sure. This oughta be a great thread once completed.

Bravo!

I apologize I'm just uploading off my phone as I'm taking and half are upside down. Oops.

Time to change the PTU fluid and put the downpipes on!

Honestly this isn't a bad install. I would say I could do the whole thing in 8 hours or so now.

FYI. The PTU is different on 2013+

There is a drain but I can't find anywhere to fill.

Here are the PTU cooler lines running up to the front.

So I cut time O2 bung shorter and got the sensor to clear the oil cooler, barely, but now I have this. Hopefully PPE can pull through and get me another front downpipe this week.

Heading to Livernois Thursday!

We've been emailing Paul, he should respond ASAP. I'm just baffled why yours doesn't fit but Mikeb does.
BTW, on my car it was like that or close to that, you take the back exhaust off the hangers, install the bolts and put it back on the hangers. Have you tried that?

It won't do any good. The rear downpipe is bolted up to the cat back and it's fine. Since the xpipe is right after the connection it's all rigid. Even if I loosened the Corsa exhaust back at the rear before it goes out to the mufflers since it's all one piece in the mid section I couldn't make up that much of a gap.

OK, I've let Paul know so he can respond. Sorry for your issues.
